Primus offers its retail and wholesale customers the ability to outsource the management of their data/voice services, which provides the economies of scale that allows them to improve their service and reduce their costs.  For our customers to build and maintain the quality data/voice center space that is required to house their large Internet applications would require significant capital and operational investments.  Our customers would need to invest in expensive data/voice center infrastructure, high-speed Internet networks and in the personnel to maintain the space and connectivity on a 24 X 7 X 365 basis.  As a result, the economies of scale derived from outsourcing to Primus are compelling.
